At Boudoir, we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note that the following conditions apply.

RETURNS

All returns must be in original condition with all tags still attached and the return must be made within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase (i.e. the receipt).

 Only the amount of the item will be returned. The postage will not be returned.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on thongs, briefs, shorts or pants. This is normal practise for the industry and does not affect your statutory rights.

If any items cannot be resold we reserve the right to charge you a percentage of the refund value.

There are NO returns on 'Sale' items .

If returns are being made by post, the cost of the return postage will not be met by Boudoir. We advise customers returning items through the post to get proof of postage in case of disputes.
